Dear Colleagues,
The final program of our meeting will be available in few days on the web page. You can see there if your paper will be presented as oral communication or not. If you do not see your paper, it means that it will be presented as poster. Anyway, we followed the author’s indications (oral or poster presentation).
For the poster the size is 70 cm wide and 100 cm high. They will be set up in June 7, Saturday and removed June 10, Tuesday. Since the poster will be discussed in two different poster sessions, all authors are kindly requested to bring some slides (3-4) for a short presentation, as the chairpersons will decide.
Registration-payment. Many of you sent the registration without copy of bank transfer. So, please do it as soon as possible by fax or E-mail (PDF-file). However, all participants are kindly invited to bring with them copy of the bank transfer payment. This because on document I received from the bank, no names have been reported in some bank-transfer.
Social dinner and post meeting trip. Most of you made the reservation for both social dinner and post-meeting trip without any payment. The organizers need to know urgently if you confirm the reservation or not for both events or for one of them. This is very important for us to make reservation of social dinner room (number of persons) and buses, guide and restaurant reservation for the trip.
For social dinner, post meeting trip and student hotel, the payment must be made in the first day (June 7, Saturday) at the registration desk in cash (Euro). Each of you will receive an invoice.
In order to organize your transfer from the airport to the hotel or campus , please send to me the time, flight number and the airport of your arrival.
